Right2Work is part of the wider Oaklea Group – The Oaklea Trust charity. The Trust has just released its Annual Report for 2019. It’s packed full of what the Trust have achieved over the period 2018-19 and also looks to future developments. Key to that success has been the part played by R2W.

There’s some familiar faces inside – in fact Oaklea Chair Cate Grimes, who is standing down this year after nearly two decades tremendous service to Oaklea, has been a Board Member at R2W for several years:
“I have been involved with Oaklea for 17 years as a Trustee, Vice Chair and latterly as Chair. During this time I have seen the Charity grow and expand its operations across the North of England as it responds to the demands and changes of the market in which it operates.”
“I am incredibly proud of what we do and of the people who work and volunteer in our organisation. None of our achievements would be possible without the energy and commitment of our people.”
Cate pictured above on the right – can also be seen with R2W Director Sue Green (middle) at the Oaklea Employee Awards see P17.
Cate highlights many R2W initiatives -such as the move of the Appleby Hub to the R2W family. The report also contains new developments like R2W Community Works.
