Here at R2W – like every organisation we like to know how we are doing – be it good (yes please) or bad.
Well our parent organisation – The Oaklea Group, have made some changes to their policies and various other updates and as a result have produced a new ‘Compliments & Complaints’ leaflet for 2021. We would love to hear from you -especially if you have something positive to say – but we also want to hear from you if there’s a problem.
